The short version: Trundo is free and provided as is. Bookings you make through a partner link are between you and that partner. Trundo may earn a commission on them, at no extra cost to you. Place information comes from third parties and may not always be accurate, so check the important details before you travel.
Using Trundo
These terms apply to the Trundo mobile app ("Trundo," "the app," "we," "our"). By using the app, you agree to them. How the app handles information is explained in our privacy policy.
Provided as is
Trundo is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or suitable for every purpose. Your trips live only on your device, so keep your own backups — we can't recover data that is lost from your device.
Partner bookings
Some tours show a "Book on Viator" button that opens viator.com. Trundo doesn't sell, book or take payment for anything. Any booking you make is an agreement between you and Viator (or the tour operator), under their terms, cancellation rules and privacy policy. Questions about a booking, changes or refunds go to Viator.
Commission
When you book through a partner link in Trundo, we may earn a commission from the partner. This never changes the price you pay.
Place information
Things to do, famous places, ratings, prices, descriptions and photos come from third parties — Viator, Wikipedia/Wikidata and Pixabay. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and prices can change. Trundo doesn't check or guarantee them. Please confirm opening hours, prices, safety and travel requirements with the provider or an official source before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Trundo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, from information provided by third parties, or from bookings or services provided by partners. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change with it.
